Whatever it looks like - how you tell your story of impact can make all the difference.

You have managed to create an important and valuable body of work. You have done the hard part — let’s build an engine for the next chapter.

Brand Coaching for Underestimated Leaders in Health.

I’ve spent a big chunk of my career learning about how to weave your mission of impact, body of work and personal narrative together into a consistent platform engine. My whole mantra with this work is: “always have something to point people to”. With clear intention, the right narrative and a collaborative network, you can accomplish those goals around being a go-to thought leader and doer. It’s my own intention to be that guiding partner with you.

  • It all begins with the spark of an idea that leads to the clarity of intention. The first step is always reinforcing your “north star” or your “why” — this helps to create an anchor for everything else.

  • Once we know where we are headed, we can make sure we create the platform necessary to make use of your career’s assets, main talking points and a clear way for people to know who you are and how to build with you. Website, social media and understanding your network/community.

  • It’s time to activate and maintain consistent momentum. This is where we begin making sure the right people are engaging you through intentional outreach, collaboration and content.

Over the past decade I have been fortunate to build a body of work that has given me a unique perspective on what it takes for brilliant leaders and professionals like yourself to:

  • Building a strong personal brand & authority

  • Develop an online presence & platform (essential for getting your ideas out there!)

  • Understand the healthcare innovation landscape specific to your interests

  • Get clarity on next steps in your career evolution and professional development

  • Uncover insights into what success means to your body of work

  • Brainstorm useful ideas and the important act of execution on the right ones

My clients are accomplished professionals in their own right, who have blazed amazing paths for the improvement of health and healthcare around the world. We’re living in incredible times when barriers to resources for success are lower but are constantly changing. That’s why it’s so important to me to work with leaders who are open to really asking the right questions about their motives, strengths and passions.

Those answers and insights go way beyond the latest tool or technology platform — they are the guiding principles that inform how you will show up. I firmly believe that equipping you to do great work that is aligned with who you are will yield the best results.

How It Works:

  • 24/7 Access to your personal collaborative workspace on Google Drive

    (3) 60 minute scheduled + recorded video calls per month

Open to in-person yet? Let’s figure out how to connect during out engagement

Email access in between calls for burning questions & reflections

    Bi-weekly Action items (yes, homework!)

Access to my network of leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs for introductions, etc.

Strategic documents reviewed and/or created in collaboration (e.g. resume/CVs, outreach emails, agreements, etc)

Ideating and executing on brand building deliverables (e.g. information products, writing opportunities, social media review/updates)

  • Vision: Where are you heading? Are you happy with the direction? How does this fit with your overall lifestyle goals?

Strategy: What does success look like six months from now? One year? Together we will craft a powerful strategy that puts your attention back on what matters most.

Systems: How are your daily routines supporting your best work? What is getting in the way? What are mechanisms we can build to make things easier?

Action Plan: What should you tackle first? What do you need to do, drop or delegate? We’ll come up with a concrete set of next steps and I will be holding you accountable for moving forward with what’s most important to you.

  • At the end of each month we will perform a retrospective that allows us to recap what went well, what could have been done better and what roadblocks you’ve run into.

This helps to set expectations going into the next month and ultimately calibrate on our engagement around stated goals.
